If you’re a pet owner, you know that losing a pet is such a painful parting because they just mean so darn much to us. Our pets are woven into our family tapestry. Our dog Skylar walked thousands of miles with us: hiking and camping, attending soccer games, visiting and holidaying in places like Whistler and Vancouver Island, and thoroughly enjoying the social times around our family home. She was an integral part of my son’s growing up. Everyone’s story is unique yet the same: our pets give us unconditional love while they are with us.

About Us

Pet Stones, based in Vancouver, was born through friendship. Good friends had lost their dog and did not know what do with his ashes. My husband, owner of Concrete Lifestyles, offered to integrate Lucky’s ashes into a memorial pet stone complete with Lucky’s name inlaid in a stainless-steel water jet application. They loved it!

Since that time, through word of mouth, we have come to understand that there is a need out there as so many of us have little boxes of ashes tucked away and are searching for something meaningful to do with them. Our pet stones are handmade and sealed so they can be tucked into your garden, placed on your balcony, displayed inside your home, or, in our case, nestled under Skylar’s favourite tree.
